The high temperature resistance of the bag filter will have a great impact on the operation of the bag filter if our temperature is not appropriate, too high or too low, or even make the filter unusable. So, what temperature should we choose?
Generally, when we choose the temperature, the temperature of the air inlet is between 160 º and 200 º. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the carbonization of the dust collector bag. Because the high temperature resistance of the dust collector bag has a certain limit. For example, the normal service temperature of the commonly used fluorometh, mehtas or PPS is also around 225 ℃. Therefore, we generally choose not to exceed 200 ℃. This can greatly extend the service life of the bag. For high temperature conditions, Whether it is a smelting furnace or a boiler, there is a certain amount of moisture in it. If the temperature drops from 200 ℃ to below 100 ℃, there will be a bag pasting phenomenon in the bag. That is to say, the temperature suddenly drops. Due to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, a large amount of moisture will be absorbed. If the temperature is too low, there will be a bag pasting on the bag. Therefore, the temperature cannot be too low. Because the flue gas temperature drops below 100 ℃, the normal temperature is unbearable. That is why we choose the temperature of 160 ℃ - 200 ℃ to enter the dust collector.
